May be a stupid question...

Can you have a glass of wine while you are stimming, or is it best to treat the whole process the way you would if you were pregnant? I am dying for a glass of wine - but certainly not enough to possibly screw this process up...

My instructions for my stim cycle was to treat it as I was already pregnant. No alcohol, caffine, etc... I'm a play by the rules type person, and while I'm stimming, I cut all that stuff out, it's a small price to pay for the bigger picture. But with that said, that's just me, I'm not much of a drinker anyway. I don't think 1 glass of wine is going to make a difference.

I wasn't given any instructions about this stuff so I was genuinely curious. I am starting to wean myself slowly off the caffiene, but no one mentioned anything about the alcohol, so I figured I would check before indulging! Better safe than sorry!!
