i think i am in love!!

i have been DYING to find the perfect tinted moisturizer. i am BEYOND pale so it's really hard to find a good one that doesn't look to orange or "dirty" on my skin.

i tried the neutrogena healthy skin enhancers and even the lightest one (ivory to fair!) was too dark!!

so on the advice of an LIFer (sorry i forget who posted about it) i tried the smashbox sheer focus in their new shade, luminous. it's PERFECT for my skin because it's very sheer (almost no coverage) - it just kind of smooths everything out and i need a little concealer for spots/dark circles. i was going to try their second lightest shade (fair) but even that seemed too dark for me... though i may go back to try it. and at $30 it's slightly cheaper than the stila sheer color tinted moisturizer, which i liked a lot but didn't love.

now i just pray it doesn't make me break out!!

i had to bump because the more i use this product the more i LOVE it!! i went back to the store and bought the same tinted moisturizer in "fair" and it is the PERFECT shade for me. it gives the perfect, light coverage (still need concealer for spots) but it doesn't make me shiny at all - and i have a VERY oily t-zone (the package says it absorbs oil throughout the day and i have to say it seems like it really does!). i have been layer the "luminous" over the "fair" and i love how it looks - really natural! and that is a very hard thing to achieve on my fair skin

plus, at $30, it's the best price for a quality tinted moisturizer i have seen.
