I couldnt believe it - I dont think you're supposed to know who it was who was in the car. . . but my first thought was that it was Morgan, since he was the last one they showed.

I didn't watch the whole thing yet but I did see JJ announce she was pregnant...is she married? Who is that guy?? Where did he come from!

they showed all the agents get into similar cars, so there's no way to know who was in the one that blew up.
JJ's not married, though I think he did propose. He was in an episode a few weeks ago - a DC cop she's been dating for over a year on the sly (I don't recall any mention of him prior to that).
eta: JJ is pregnant in real life, so I guess thats why they created the boyfriend/pregnancy storyline. I would guess its not her car that blew up, or they wouldn't have bothered.

And I was  at the ending. They all got in the car I think it was Hotch. Im going to look for some spoilers.

I love this show, unfortunately i missed last nights show cause I was watching the AI finale. wish i had watched it though, from all i've heard. i hope it isn't Hotch or Morgan or Reed cause I adore all three
