So weird what should I do? Updated!

I've have what it appears to be a crank caller or some sitting on their phone perhaps. It's a cell phone # that pops up on my caller ID. They've called 5x already. I've been letting the machine answer it and there is either light static on the machine or static with the faint sound of music in the background. This last message had the song "bailamos" by Enrique Iglesias!

Anyway should I call the # back?

So I had emailed DH and he knew the #. It's one of his former clients and since our last name starts with a B I'm assuming that's how I'm the lucky recipient of all these weird phone callls! He's calling him now to tell him to stop harrassing his poor wife!
