Grey's Anatomy
In the promo for this week-- what the hell is up with the guy who says, "help me".
Every time I see it, I am like what the hell is that supposed to be??
Anyone have any thoughts?

He is covered in cement an dthey only have a small amount of time to free him before it hardens completely and kills him
