Wicked Heartburn
What can I take? Is there something that is NOT chewable. I have a very hard time with anything chewable? TIA.

Tums works for me, my OB said 4 per day is safe and it's also a form of calcium.

My OB told me Tums were fine and they have worked for me. They are chewable and I prefer the Smoothies. I keep a small container in my purse and the large container in the house!

what about tums smoothies? they are not chalkie at all and they taste much better then regular tums IMO

There are teas that help.
This is one that I know of: Heartburn Tea . You can buy it online or in some stores. I'm sure there are others also.

im the same way. everytime i complain about my heartburn he tells me to take some tums and i just cant do it, id rather suffer lol
