I'm home all day with the kids and I don't watch TV at all!! Amazing, considering my kids watch a little in the morning and maybe early in the evening while I get dinner ready. I do watch the news every night while making dinner, that's the first time all day I put the TV on for me.
I could have written this myself trish! 
Im lucky IF I get to watch the news some days.

Saved by the Bell from 7 - 9 am
Then I watch lots of Maury because "You are NOT the father" is the best phrase ever.
I alternate all day between MTV, VH1 and E! for the afternoon.
And then - Golden Girls is on at 4. This is the only time that I will watch Lifetime(Don't laugh - I love that show).

I have the TV on basically for background noise.
At 10 it's either Maury or Rachel Ray.
At Noon..Don't laugh..Full house on Family Channel
At 4..Lately I have been watching Ellen.
Sometimes while the kids (I babysit) are napping I'll catch an episode of Baby Story
