is it bad...
that i am normally really nice about letting people merge and change lanes in front of me, but when i see someone talking on their cell WITHOUT a hands free device, i don't let them in?
(i would never put myself in danger by speeding up a lot or anything... but i don't wave them in or slow down to let them merge, that's all)
this is such a HUGE pet peeve of mine, and this issue of texting while driving just reminded me of how much i hate selfish, irresponsible drivers in general

 No it's not bad...my dad actually HATES when people are driving and talking on their phone, especially when their driving like idiots!

That depends. If I see that, I see if they are paying attention because their reflexs usually aren't really good when they are doing 2 things at once. I normally let them go because I need my car to drive. Then there are times I don't let them merge or change lanes because they are slow so I speed up because I also hate when i am stuck behind slowpokes talking or not talking on a cell phone.
