I was scammed on Ebay!
i bought a perfume for a price of course that seemed "to good to be true" but i bought it anyway. i checked the feedback and she had a few negatives such as long shipping time but i still ordered it.
well i got the perfume today and it had leaked when it was opened or when it was shipped, part of the plastic on the bottle was broken and the scent is different! it was sealed in the appropriate box and has plastic around it. now i am disputing it and waiting to see if i can get my money back, not only that, i paid with my paypal acct that has money in it and they also charged the credit card that i have my paypal linked to, so i guess i really pais full price  i checked her feedback today and someone write, "this lady sells fake perfume" i hate dishonest people. i sell on ebay all the time and would never think of scamming someone!

If you file a dispute with paypal chances are you'll get your money back.. I've had to file a dispute twice and got all my money back

Good luck!!!! 
Hopefully Ebay will see her negative feedback and remove her. That might make it easier to get your paypal account refunded.

OMG the EXACT same thing happened to me!!!
The seller had all good feedback though.
He was non responsive so I logged a complaint through Paypal and got my money back in a few days.
It was a huge PIA though.
I have learned to NEVER buy perfume on ebay.
