UH OH I must have forgotten a BCP somewhere

I just counted up my remaining pills and I should be one short of a new pack but I have exactly enough to finish. I guess that explains my spotting Do you think that this messed up anything for my cycle? The spotting has now pretty much stopped but I am worried about my ivf cycle.

I think you'll be fine. From my last cycle, when I stopped the BCP's I still had 15 pills left, so when I started this cycle, she wanted me on BCP for 16 days, but I told her I didn't want to get a whole new pack for one pill, so they just moved my Lupron/Stim start date up a day. Didn't affect anything at all. Just call your RE's office and let them know.

Not the same situation. But, one night I was really tired and I thought I took my BCP. But, at 3 in the AM I woke up and realized I'd taken my thyroid med and not the BCP. I have no idea how I realized in my sleep I did that. I took it then and that next morning I felt really really good. Keep forgetting to ask the RE if they should up my thyroid dose. Anyway, you should definitely tell them this happened. Probably wont matter.
