IT's okay to feel good right?
I am constantly nervous. I worry when I feel bad, and i worry when i feel fine. This is normal right. I would know if something was wrong? right?

I know what it is like to feel like you are in a constant state of waiting for the other shoe to drop.
When I saw my doc today, I mentioned that I thought I had a relatively uneventful pregnancy (physically anyway) and he said "Good. That's how it is supposed to be."
It still takes me a long time to grasp that all is well.

I am 16 weeks and I still feel that way. Since I didn't suffer from morning sickness, and other than tiredness in my 1st trimester, I was feeling fine! I was always worried that something was wrong. Now, in my second trimester, I kind of am happy that my ankles get swollen... so I see something happening! But, when I get a few cramps, then I freak out that something is wrong. It never ends!! It is awesome that you feel great!! Enjoy it!!

I ould have written this myself, except the swollen ankles part. I heard for years how difficult some of my friends and family had it during pregnancy and honestly, except for a few nose bleeds here and there, and the tiredness early on, I feel like myself...well except for the growing belly! I ldon't mind being pregnant...and it's something I never thought i would ever say.

Re: IT's okay to feel good right?
It's normal to worry about every little thing. A friend of mine told me something that seems so logical, but I never thought this way
"nothing you do will change the outcome, including worrying, so you might as well enjoy it".
Easier said than done, but I try to tell myself that when I worry about something.
Best of luck!!
