Yeah - definitely.
Things got "heated" b/c she was "furious" as the reporter put it - so, that is why her asss left in handcuffs. That dress is RIDICULOUS - is she kidding?!

im just so disgusted by the fact that teenage girls these days feel the need to always be half naked!!! do they think this makes them cool? do they think they will get a good guy who's real boyfriend material when they dress this way???
i wish girls these days would take more pride in themselves.

I noticed that too! It seemed like she folded the top in half (if that was even possible) for the prom!
as my little, old, prude mom would say: she's looking for a man.

She got what she wanted, though. Out of the 100s of kids at that prom, only SHE got to be on national TV.... 
Even the most popular girl in the school can only get noticed by those attending the prom. This way, EVERYONE notices her..... it's just an ego thing....
