What do you do to get yourself out of a bad mood?
I'm in a foul mood for no good reason.
And I know it, but I'm still stuck in it.

A couple of years ago my dad had cancer and he pulled through. All I have to do is think of him and realize anything that's putting me in a bad mood is no where close to what he went through.

when i am ******, sad or throwing myself a pity party, i youtube my favorite artists and just keep playing songs i love.
John Mayer always gets me out of a funk.

Exercise! Its amazing. I was really down a few weeks ago and decided to exercise and afterwards I felt AWESOME!
PS--I wasn't down about my weight or anything like that.

I usually (warning him beforehand) b**ch out DH. That makes me feel better

Workout, or put on my iphone and take a nice long walk in the sunshine, or go out to lunch with my friends.

It's hard for me to pull myself out of a funk too.. I usually go work out or take a walk if it's nice out to help me through whatever is bothering me. I hope you feel better.

Seriouslly...I usually just go out for a drive in the car, or get out of the house to clear my head. Ice-cream always helps
