sneezing
everytime I sneeze I get so freaked out bc I am a "hard" sneezer. It comes from my lower abs and my whole stomach shakes. For moments after I get nervous that I might disrupt the babies in there or something

the only sneezing problem i have had so far is feeling like i pulled my abdominal muscles - i literally have to bend over to prevent myself from being in severe pain!!
i bet your babies love when you sneeze - it's like being in a bouncer!

Don't worry about it. Oh, and as you get further along there may be times when you sneeze or cough and get a sharp pain in your abdomen. Don't worry about that either (just a heads up)

I'm only 8 weeks and have been sneezing and farting, and the farts are deadly, my poor DH, I think he's moving back to his parents house for a few months....
