PINK french pedicure....
How do you guys communicate to the nail people when you mean pink, you want a PINK french? Maybe its just me, but they never seem to know what I'm talking about, and it always looks like a regular french...
I had one done this morning, stressed several times, and must have looked upset when they were done. They offered to do it again but I was already there forever....
Maybe its me? Those who get pink french, how do you tell them? Or where can I go in the hunt/Nprt area that just knows what it is off the bat?

I go back and forth between two nail places and they both ask. I'm surprised they don't know the difference.
I don't even know what colors are used, I should find out!! I always get pink, btw.

Sorry Liza!!! Good seeing you though! Now that I think of it, I think there ARE colors you can specifically ask for (though any good nail tech should know them anyway). I'm trying to think of the translucent pinks...maybe Mademoiselle? Would that work as a pink French ladies?

you're not stupid, next time you go just pick out the colors. If you want light pink french choose ballet slippers if you want a darker pink (but not too dark choose figi)

Re: PINK french pedicure....
I agree ballet slippers is the perfect pink for pink french. Figi is more of a milky pink. I love marshmellow on the bottom with waltz on top but that is white french.

Re: PINK french pedicure....
Madamoselle (sp?) is the best for a pink french - not TOO sheer, but just right. IMO Ballet Slippers is too chalky
