Lots of stuff and some color choices I would not make, but I think that the interior of the house has a lot of potential. It's a shame it is under contract.

It's just clutter in the interior. Potential buyers who can see passed that can get a bargain.
I agree that the front of the house is  but just removing/changing the gate and painting will make a world of difference.

yes, this is a nice house that just needs some cosmetic updating. I was shocked by how much stuff is in that house, and I have to give them credit it does seem like orderly chaos. There are a lot of little funny things like... the size of those speakers!
