Don't you just hate it when
you decided to splurge on a treat and it ends up just not being worth the calories! 
I haven't had a bagel in a while so I decided to treat myself this morning and it just was not nearly as good as I was hoping. So not worth the calories.

That happened to me yesterday. The deli near work had Chicken Dumpling soup on their faxed menu...thats my favvvvvvorite. I drove down there, ordered a large one  , got back to work, and it was chicken GUMBO...complete with CORN. blech blech blech.
