I think the only one to buy in the stores is that Bebe Sounds which I heard is terrible. As far as I know the online places where you can rent them also allow you to purchase them. I would recommend just renting, it's cheaper and to be honest......now that I am feeling the baby move around all the time I don't really use it as much. I was a lunatic with it in the beginning but once you feel the baby you have the piece of mind that you need. Just a suggestion because purchasing them can be pricey. Just in case.........I got mine at BabyBeat.com
