Can anyone comment on taking Omega 3 fatty acid supplements?

I take Omega 3 Fish Oil (which reminds me I need to go take it). Do you mean the manufacturer or taking Omega 3 supplements. There is a company named Omega 3, they are the leaders in the supplement industry.

Supplements. I have read articles about Omega 3's and the affects it has on a child's development. I am not taking is right now, but I didnt know if anyone was taking them.

I know its supposed to be good, but haven't gotten that far in my research as I'm stuck on IF research.

I was just looking on the web for my prenatals. I take Prenate Elite and is doesn't contain DHA. I guess I should go get some.

I did some research on Omega 3-6-9s and their benefits. I took it along with the Clomid/trigger/b2b IUIs on the month that we were successful. I found tremendous benefits from it and have heard the same from others. Nordic Naturals makes a great 369.
