Vendor RAVE!!!
I have to give a major shout out to Zappos.com... web site to buy shoes.
DH bought me a pair of boots for Christmas... they were a tad too small.
they have a 365 day return/exchange policy. A couple months later, I exchanged them for a different pair that I liked better.
I got them in March, wore them 3 times and noticed that the tips of the boots were wearing down and the brown leather was wearing off the tip.
I sent them an email explaining that I wasn't happy with the way they were wearing... never talked to a single person...
They are sending me a new pair!
I will send the old ones back with a pre-paid UPS label they are giving me.
I am amazed! In this day and age where customer service is taking a beating, they have an amazing customer service process! WOW!
I highly recommend them!

they charge more than the suggested MSRP for everything - so they should have that kind of return policy.

That's great! I just had a similar problem happen with my Tory Burch flats and they repaired them. The repair took a month and I still think they look like crappola.
