It really is my lucky day!
Today, I had a meeting with a family i have been working with - its an Early Intervention case that I just began with. They are a lovely family, and they have this adorable little girl who is making amazing prgress.
as I'm leaving, the mom hands me an envelope, and says its a mother's day card from the little girl 
I graciously thank her - I was so touched - and left....
In the car, I open the card - it was very sweet - but then I saw there was something else in there - a Gift card for Target for 75 dollars!!!!! 
I have worked for years with families, and rarely have I ever gotten a thank you, let alone a thank you like this... I was only with them less than a month so far.... I almost cried.... I was so touched by this....
Then, when I got back to the office, I saw a note from this guy I helped out by letting him hand out a questionairre during a behavior training I was holding for therapists. It was something for his dissertation. He gave me as a thank you a 20 dollar gift card form Starbucks!!!!
Maybe i should get a lottery ticket today?

That's so nice ! I love to hear that!
Sometimes I call up my nice clients just to hear them say something nice after getting yelled at by everyone else.!
