Cramps / twinges?
Is this normal at 3 or 4 weeks?
I dont think I'm at 4 weeks yet but i still have some cramps
My mother said she had them for the first 3 months
anyone else?

yes, AF-type cramps and other twinges are very normal during the first trimester. I had them from about weeks 4-8. It is just your uterus growing and expanding. Congrats!

Me too! I just posted a question about this. I am feeling it more on my left side. Like a dull cramp, and every once in awhile a twinge like you said. I am about 3 - 4 weeks to, since they go by the start date of your last period.

I am 5 weeks and I am feeling them too... I also feel like I dont have that many symptoms. Last week I was exhausted all the time and this week I feel okay... but, let me tell you EVERYTHING makes me soo nervous!!!!

Its very normal to have cramps esp in the beginning and also throughout. If you have any concern (blood), call your OB. Your body is stretching and making room for a baby!!!

In the beginning...also did get these pains...it felt like menstrual cramps..they do subside...but if they become severe..and with bleeding...go to L&D right away...

There are some days I have AF-like cramps and other days where I have pains on my side. The pain comes and goes. If I'm crampy, it's usually only for a little while. It's normal to have cramps and twinges.

Totally normal. I had cramping ALL through my first trimester. It stopped around 13 weeks.

according to last AF. i am 5 weeks and 1 day today, but not according to when i ovulated

I'm about 5 1/2 weeks. I've been having some slight cramping too. It's not horrible just an annoyance.
