Nope. Whatever is good for you. I have a bad stomach so I take them right before bed.

no, it doesnt matter but i heard some of them may upset your stomach so I think most people take them before bed

Its up to you when you feel like taking them. In the beginning I would take mine with breakfast, but then they would repeat on me. So I take them before I go to bed.
