DH and I have 2 mortgages. Our reg one and a small one that is 90 bucks a month
This one is due the 10th, and like all the other house loans, you have 15 days to pay--until the 25th. Dec, we paid a little late, but the payment posted and was paid on the 23rd, 2 days BEFORE the 25th. We got out new bill Sat, saying our payment was never received. Granted, the bill was ran on the 20th, so of course they didnt have our payment. Also, it was ran on Dec 20th, and we received it in the mail Sat for a due date of tomorrow!! What is that? I know the bill is due the same time every month, but sometimes time gets away from you and you forget, I dont understand how the bill was ran on the 20th and not sent out for weeks later!! I just dont want a blemish on my credit report since if you miss 1 payment, it goes against you!!
