My small nothing of an update...

Tomorrow morning I go for my follow-up sono to make sure everything looks good, no cysts, my ovaries are getting smaller, etc....
Then a week from today DH and I are going to LI-IVF (melville office just for the consult) for our IVF interview/consult.
I'm getting nervous!!! I got the packet in the mail today that I have to fill out and bring w/ us and I spoke to the woman in charge of the IVF grants again this morning to see if we needed to set up an appointment w/ her and if so if she would be there next monday after our appointment.
She said she dropped an application in the mail to me and that I should be getting it in the next day or two- and to fill it out and bring it with me. If the dr. agrees that we can skip the other IUIs that we're supposed to do, due to OHSS risks, then he can sign off and we can hand the application in and would know in about 2 weeks if we were eligible or not, and for how much!!!

Tomorrow I have my appointment w/ the other dr in my dr's practice (the senior partner). I'm going to talk about everything w/ him also just to get a different perspective and see if he has anything to add besides what my dr said. I'm not telling him that we're looking elsewhere though, not yet...

I haven't gotten the application yet, so I'm not sure of all of the qualifications but I know it depends on if you have coverage or not, you have to have medical insurance (but not w/ IVF coverage), it depends on your income from your tax return last year (which they want a copy of), they want to know your history, how many meds,iui, etc... cycles you've done (at least 4 iuis are supposed to be done before you're eligible)--- other than that i'm not sure. Hopefully the application will have more information.
