I hate 1800 flowers, too many bad experience. I hordered from pro recently and they were gorgeous. I saw them a week later and they looked amazing. And now I get so many coupons from them.

Pro- Flowers. They last for at least a week and NEVER had a problem with their customer service.
1-800 Flowers has been nothing but problems for me and I won't use them again!

I used proflowers and the next day the roses died on my mom. but they have a 7 day guarantee on their flowers. so we called and they sent us new ones for free, so I'd go with them. But personally it think they are both over priced, I think you can do much better with local florists.

Do you have to use one of these?
Cause you can always go through your local florist and if it is out of where they deliver, they will have another florist do it for them.
My friend owns a florist and this is what we do when we have to send things out of state or what have you

PRO-FLOWERS PRO-FLOWERS PRO-FLOWERS I LOVE them! I have used them for years and for many holidays! My grandma's birthday was in Nov and I ordered 1dz fall roses for $29.99. They sent me an email the day they were delivered and said we're so sorry the roses looked horrible so we're giving you 50% back and we upgraded the order to 2dz assorted roses and the delux vase. It was worth $49.00! I was so impressed with the customer service! I love them!!!! The flowers come befor ethey bud so you get to have them forever it feels like. I had my valentines day flowers for 2wks! Here's a pic below Image Attachment(s):

I dont want to go nuts with price. They have good prices.
I feel like local flowers charge you bunches.

I usually only use my friend - but I know that if you ask that you want a bouquet for $35 dollars, you get a really nice one - and most of the time you can pick out which flowers you want.
It is usually Valentines day - that the prices are crazy.

We had a terrible experience with Proflowers. My DH sent me 2 dozen roses for Valentines Day. The next morning they were dead. He called and complained, they sent out another 2 dozen. They also died the next day. We will never order from them again.

Re: Proflowers or 1800 Flowers, which one....
I will use either -- but never for a big day like Mothers Day.
1800Flowers didn't deliver for me one year and ProFlowers didn't deliver to my MIL another year.
I much prefer to use local florists.

Re: Proflowers or 1800 Flowers, which one....
I 100% agree with Pro Flowers. I 800 Flowers are horrible.
My DH ordered me roses for Valentines Day and they were guaranteed to deliver that day and they didn't - they came to my job the next day and I sent them away. Other times when I received the flowers they looked terrible and DH had to call.
DH started using Pro flowers and what a difference the flowers are beautiful!!!
