Question??
Did anyone have spotting that lasted 4 days before you got a BFP? I have very long irregular cycles, so I started taking Vitex this month to regulate them. I only took it for about 3-4 days which I'm sure is not long enough. I kept forgetting to take one. Well, this month around day 24 I started spotting. It was brown, but I thought it must be the start of AF. It lasted around 4 days and it was extremely light, and some days I saw very little red. I had no cramping, which is very weird. I never have a 28 day cycle and I always get AF, but usually it is normal AF with pretty bad cramps. I really think it is just a abnormal month, but I was just wondering if anyone had this. TIA!!

I had some spotting but not 4 days. It was 2 days, and a very little amount.

I think this may be an abnormal cycle. Vitex takes a while to really work.

Yeah, that is what I was thinking. I just never had this happen before.
