is it normal to not be...
constipated?
i keep reading how everyone gets consitpated... i am about 5.5 weeks and have not had this.. infact i would say it is a little softer than normal... sorry TMI... but i want to see if the lack of constipation is a bad sign?

i had diarrhea i know TMI the first trimester when i was ending the first trimester into now the second NOW im soooooooo proud to say im constipated occassionally

I was never constipated while pregnant.
I had the opposite effect and there were days (many many days) where I wished for constipation!!

I'm about 6.5 weeks and up until a few days ago I was like you, going fine -actually better than Pre-PG
...the past few days, not so much. I bought some ultra high fiber cereal which will hopefully help!

I didn't get constipated until I was around 12-16 weeks. Once my doctor changed my prenatal vitamin to one with a stool softener, I didn't have this problem anymore.

I didn't get constipated until 32 weeks or so. It lasted for 2-3 weeks and just came back recently.

You are still pretty early so you never know what will happen. I never got constipated though, and I am 38 weeks now.

i was only constipated once so far this pregnancy and that was b/c i was on vacation. i have been very very regular the entire time.

me too and as a suffering IBS victim this has been the time of my life. I actually go daily and its not a painful experience one way the other.. THANK GOD! I hope it lasts!!!
