Another night of no sleep
I cleaned my house from top to bottom yesterday, my body was totally shot, and I figured I would sleep very well..fell asleep around 1130, and by 1245 I was wide awake..and have been since
How are you supposed to rest the last few weeks when your body keeps you awake?

 My husband's cell phone started ringing at 6AM this morning. I didn't fall asleep until after 2AM. Now I am wide awake.
