I am VERY livid with my groomer right now

I droped them both off at 1:30 I asked them if they would be done by 6:00 p.m. otherwise we'll reschedule, the lady said that they would both be done by 6:00 p.m. DH and I both said okay because we HAVE to be somewhere by 7:00 p.m. in Nassau county.. We made this CLEAR.. well, he gets there at 5:50 p.m. to be told that one just got out of the bath and the other is on the table..

They should be done by 6:30 .... DH is staying there waiting.. there is no WAY they are both going to be done by 6:30 ... here we are at 6:21 p.m. I am sooo livid.. I am going to call and speak to the owner during the week and you know what?! I am NEVER taking them there AGAIN so they just lost a customer!!!!!

I hate waiting as well (w/ anything) but..... good groomers are hard to find, u hear such horror stories. so dont write them off too quickly if they are good to pups and do a good job. i know how frustrating waiting and tardiness can be but I would rather deal with that then someone hurting and being rough with my furbaby.

its true a good groomer is hard to find, i would speak to the owner and maybe give them another chance,
this is why i bring my dog in the morning and wait for him so they always do him right away but i know thats not possible for most people

wow - i have NEVER had this problem with any of the groomers i have taken char to - that is ridiculous!
