COLDDDDD!!!
I have a party to go to tonight - I have a sheer wrap to hide these uuberwhite arms, but it DEFINITELY won't keep me warm!
I can't really wear a sweater over a cocktail dress...hmmmmmm

Do you have any silk or cashmere cardigans? Wear it over the dress (under your coat) until you get there.
I once went to a fundraiser in March and wore a cashmere cardigan over my long black gown until I warmed up.
