Runny makeup..need help

My eye-makeup always runs. I wear maybeline's mascara (pink bottle). My eyeliner does the same thing and doesn't matter which brand I use. What do you use so it won't run or smear?

i use primer on my eyelids, helps keep the eyeliner on.

Same thing happens to me, use waterproof eyeliner, and the only Mascara that does run on me is "Big Fatty by Urban Decay" Also try using powder over your concealer or foundation, it runs sometimes because of the oil in the face makeup. HTH

oh and the eyeliner I like is physicians formula (its like a marker)
