I am so upset....UPDATE!!!!
So I had my injection class today and it went great. They told me to call my nurse and find out about when I would be getting my meds. Well I called the nurse and she said that they are still waiting for approval from the insurance and to call back Friday. THEN, in the mail today I got a letter from the insurance that they are rejecting my claim to have an IUI done!! I am in tears, I think it said because policy is 1 year of infertility, and on the form it said for me, reacurrent PG loss and infertility for 5 months!! Which is WRONG, my last M/C was in July!! And we have been trying since August 06.. Of course when we got the mail, all of the offices were closed....
UPDATE:
My husband is the best, he has been on the phone all day trying to correct this! And it was all my fault, I put the wrong dates (actually years) of my 2 m/c's so with the dates I put it looked like I had my last m/c in December(which would only be 5 months of infertility instead of a year) not last May!! Hopefully this will all get sorted out before AF comes!!!

do you live in NY? I'm not sure the specifics but it's state mandated that insurances have to allow IUIs I thought.  I could be wrong but it's definitely worth giving your insurance company a call... it could be that they need prior authorization from your dr. due to your previous circumstances.  GL!!!

They rejected my claim for the IUI, not just the meds, I haven't heard about that yet...Oh and I am in Virginia.

Have your doctor change the coding on the paperwork. He probably didn't know and it was coded as recurrent miscarriage instead of infertility. I am sure you will get it straightened out!

This is seriously messed up. Why insurance companies get to decide what is covered and what is not is beyond me. If a doctor says it should be covered then that should be it. Its almost enough to make me want to move to Mass or NJ.
