Yes I believe in both.
I believe that Heaven isn't based on who did right or wrong but who had faith in God, and who has asked for forgiveness...
I also believe that everyones Heaven is different, filled with your most beloved people, favorite memories, favorite places etc...
That is exactly how I feel about it...very well said!

I feel that heaven & hell are found on earth. Some people are living a greater hell than others..ie. people who have children that die.... On earth there are also moments of such wonderful times and people.. If there is an afterlife I would hope it would consist of being reunited with the loved ones that gave you the greatest joy in life..and re live the moments that you never wanted to end that unfortunately had to.. For me would be times sitting and talking and eating dinner with my family when I was younger, some of the nights out with my friends ttens/college..My wedding and being surrounded by all my loved ones.. When my daughter was born.. Spending time with my mom....traveling...

I believe in rebirth and karma.
I think that karma governs if you will have a fortunate rebirth or an unfortunate one. So theres your heaven or hell right there.
But, you can be born into a bad life and still grow and develop and have a wonderful life, depending on your karma.
Buddhists believe that with each life, your goal is to not get too attached to being a living being, or generate more karma for yourself. When you reach enlightenment, you no longer get reborn into an earthly body. If you are a feeling, sentient being (pretty much anything that lives)then you are subject to suffering. Any type of existence where there is suffering is considered "hell" in Buddhism.... Its a catch 22, really. The only way you may not get too attached and seek enlightenment is if your life is kind of crappy. Good Karma can give you a pretty good life, but then you aren't seeking enlightenment and enjoying earthly things that you become attached to, which then generates bad karma for yourself....
