Prenatal Massage
I went for one today!!!!!!! It was amazing!!!!!!!!! 
Then I come home to EIGHT items taken of my registry!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a question...How do they massage your back? (assuming you would squish the baby if you lay down on your tummy!)

They put this foam thing down that you lay on. This way you're able to lay on your stomach without actually laying on your stomach.

For me...they actually had me lay on my sides. The massage lady said that was how she was trained!! They also have the table with the belly cut out so you can lay flat if you want to!! I got it from Therapeutically Your's in Hauppauge!

I am actually going for mine next weekend. And I too have a question, how clothed did you stay? I am really not looking my greatest right now at 35 weeks pregnant so I'm just wondering how much I am suppose to strip down?

I had one at Bliss in the city when I was pregnant with DS (I am hoping to get a gift cert there for Mother's Day  ). They had a cutout for the belly and the boobies  It was FANTASTIC!!!!

I was down to the undies...but I was covered by a blanket until she did the area she needed to. I thought about it before and thought the same thing...that I'm not looking so hot at 36 week. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all while she was doing it though!

I had one with the belly cutout table and another where they kept me on my side. I enjoyed the belly cutout much more! It has this net thing so you're still supported. And its so strange because you feel like you're laying flat on your stomach and that you don't have a huge belly! I'm getting another one at 2:00 today!!
