AOL users....I NEED HELP!
I just signed on (at home) and all of my favorites are gone?!
I am not sure how I lost them all....is there a way to retrieve them?

Did you just upgrade the version you had?
I would reboot the computer and sign on again, see if that works, sometimes it just gets stuck

If you do a search on your computer, you might be able to find the old version on there and be able to use that.
Also, if you try to re-install whatever they told you do to, when the boxes show up for installation, there should be an option for you to use all of your info from the previous version.
I had this same issue a couple of months ago - what a pain it the arse.
And now I have an issue with the version I am running (it sucks), and I can't find the disk with the original version I was using
