I just need to VENT

I have been posting to find a new hair salon. I used to live out east and I LOVED my salon, I traveled back their until I had my son. Now I would just like to find something closer to home.

So I tried T. Carlton and (sorry Bri, I know you go their) but I HATE THEM!!!

I've only been their about 3 times but the first time they called me and said, someone called in sick that I will have this person.. Fine no problem.. I get their and they tell me I have someone else then they had just told me. Wasn't too thrilled about that or the color since it came out tooooo light.

Next time I go same thing and they put me in with a guy, which I've never had before but was willing to try. Boy did he suck. He didn't even get my roots, when he blew my hair out and layed it in a certain way you didn't see but when I pulled my hair in another direction I saw about an inch of root I also asked them on the phone if this guy will be the same price as the person I was supposed to be with and they said YES. Then they wanted to charge me more, until I fought them on it and she only gave me like $10 off the guys higher price

I was supposed to go today and yet again, they called me to say someone called in sick, so I called and they can't really help me.

I just needed to get that out and I don't think I left anything out.... Just soo annoyed since, I need to arrange for my DH to come home from work to watch our son so I can go.

That is annoying! Try some place else. I have a great person in Middle Village, Queens, if that's not too far

I go to Nubest- I am very happy there

first class all the way- but not insane prices

I hated them too.

I now go to Cactus in Commack (Mayfair) and they're great.

That stinks!!!

I go to The Cutting Club in Blue Point.
I followed my hairdresser (Jackie) there when she left Industry 80. I've been using her for years.
