Strange sleeping patterns newly pregnant
I am 4.5 weeks pregnant and i wake up alot in the middle of the night and have strange dreams...anyone else???

Yes, I totally had/have the same thing going on. It seems to be getting a little better now that I am out of the first trimester.

Not the dream part, but my sleep is so horrible. I get up so much and it is so annoying. Hopefully it improves soon!

Its propably your hormones it happened to me also but it got better before it got worse again

That never happened to me...........I was so comatose in my first trimester I probably would not even have noticed if I was dreaming!!

thank god there is someone who can relate! I fall asleep for a few hours, wake up after crazy vivid dreams, and can't fall asleep for a couple of hours. Then at 4 pm I hit a wall everyday and need to lay down immediately.
I'm 10 weeks, 1 day.

Oh yes  Some of my dreams in the first trimester were feisty. I heard that it is due to the increased progesterone. Enjoy it

Im almost 39 weeks and I haven't slept through the night since I got pregnant. The strange dreams are through out the whole pregnancy.
