Went to the doctor to get checked out...
Went to the doctor yesterday to be checked out for my fainting/dizzy/sweating incident I had on Monday. Looks like I had an anxiety attack! I wasn’t even feeling anxious. Dr. said that I might have just overdone it for the morning and my body was telling me to slow things down. Dr. said that anxiety attacks are common in pregnant woman, even when they aren’t feeling anxious. So, just to stay really hydrated and slow things down.
I got to hear the baby’s heartbeat, which is always a nice little treat. Bean’s heartbeat was nice and strong!! Thanks to the ladies who encouraged me to call the doctor. I don’t want to seem like one of those crazy patients, but it definitely helped ease my nerves.

Like me, I didn't even know I was having contractions, they were silent..

anxiety attacks can be so scary..... but good to know nothing physically wrong. i get anxiety attacks when i am not pregnant so who knows what the next 8 months have in store for me but.... there are certain foods to eat to help limit anxiety.... do a search online, i know fish, oranges, leafy veggies (much more cant remember off top of head) provide a certain vitamins to keep the attackes at bay.
