What did you use to help you pick what to register for?
I know there is Baby Bargains and Consumer Reports... but what other methods did you use to decide which things to register for (ex- bottles, stroller, carseat, etc)? Online reviews? Recommendations? We are planning to go register in less than two weeks but haven't done much research yet. Any help would be appreciated!

Re: What did you use to help you pick what to register for?
My first guide was Baby Bargains. Then I'd look at reviews online and to finalize my decision I'd ask my sister (mother of 2 with 3rd on the way) if she heard or had any experience with said item.

Re: What did you use to help you pick what to register for?
I took the Baby Bargains book around with me as I registered. I also looked for info. on the LIFamilies boards. The girls online helped me with my choice of bottles, diapers, and more!! Good luck and have fun!!!

Re: What did you use to help you pick what to register for?
I had a good mix between my sis who worked at BRU (no kids, but knew the products, reviews, etc) and my own mother (4 kids, but an out-dated view on things)
It worked out perfect!
