Disgusted with Tory Burch
Let me start off by saying that I LOVE my Revas. I'm on my feet all day at work and they have been a saving grace.
Unfortunately, I had only been wearing the shoes for 3 weeks and the sole of the shoes started to detach from the leather. For $200 I thought that was ridiculous.
So I called TB and told them I wanted a new pair. Their customer service told me to send them back and they would see if they could REPAIR them. If they were defective I would get a new pair.
It's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything.
 What should I do?

This is why I never bought a pair. I do not think the quality justifies the pricetag. I have no problem spending $200 on shoes, but they better last.

I would write a formal letter of complaint to their service department!
