I did last night on Google and my name, address and phone number came up

There are several people with my name but none of the references are to me. I think one is an award winning choreographer

Just now - my current name has basically references to my current employment, bios, etc.
My maiden name has some of my old job stuff from 5 years ago - some web sites still have me as the contact for an internship program that I ran...I have a film credit as an intern on IMDB which is pretty funny, and then plenty of stuff that is about some other people with the same name...and then there were a bunch of x-rated sites that came up! Definitely not me!

very recently since there were about 3 people over the last three months that I haven't spoken to in eons that found me through google. What annoys me is, my school district has my name out there AND my salary from when they first hired me - and then my old friends linked to my school website, and contacted me through there. Just not liking the idea of having my salary on there. They post their Board of Education minutes online. I was just curious to find out how people found me- and there it was, plain as day- my name and my salary!

There's quite a few links with my name. I know about all of them, so I'm OK with it... some forums, college, odds and ends, etc.

I come up as myself with some work related links but there is also someone with my name who is very active in their PTA.

i just did... there is a pilates instructor with my name. she's a knock out!

the suprising thing has been how many women have my first name. since it's a slightly different spelling of a common name, i'm always a little surprised to see. since i was the only LIZBETH i knew for many many years.

let me google myself with the spanish spelling of my name

eda: a lot of women in latin america with my name spelled in spanish.

i guess my name isn't as unique as my mom lead me to believe.

Just did it. I found my wedding registry under my maiden name and my facebook page under my married name. I have a someone I don't want finding me so I took my name off of almost anything I could find online a few years back (wedding home page and all). I guess the registry doesn't bother me that much.. except that you can pretty much figure out what my married name is and then easily find my face book page.. which you can't view unless your my friend.. but still. I don't like that. I might take down the registry.

Facebook - but the picture was of someone else, so someone else has my nickname and same last name

Maiden name: it's all family lineage links that have nothing to do with me.

The first seven pages are about a stage actress in London who has the exact spelling of my name too which is unusual.
