A woman at BRU almost made me cry...
I went to BRU today with my mom and my sister. Toward the end of an emotionlly roller coaster day, we were looking at the travel systems. I was having a hard time with this one partcular stroller, getting it to fold and unfold. The spectacles we are drew a few people in our direction  (none that were willing to help mind you). Just as my mom started talking to one lady, I found the magic touch and got the stroller to fold. Well it hit the floor kind of abruptly and the lady said - "I hope she is the aunt" (meaning me). When my mom told her I was the one expecting (as if the belly isn't enough to give it away  ) She said "oh dear God" and walked away!  My mom tried to play it off like the lady was joking, but I didn't find it particularly funny. Who asked her anyhow? Why do people think it is ok to say things like this?

Rude much??!! People never cease to amaze me, that's just obnoxious!!! It's not like you dropped a baby on its head for goodness sake, so you couldn't get a stroller closed..........big deal!!

She's a douche. Pay her no mind. She's probably miserable with her job and jealous that you are haing a baby! Fuckk her!!  I would not have any idea how to work it either... no worries!

ITA!! F her, people run their mouths without knowing what they are talking about. I have had my stroller in my house for at least 6 weeks, and I still cant fold it without dh telling me what to do.

***? Dont pay any mind to her. I didn't even attempt to fold any of the strollers we saw unless we asked a sales associate first, because I wouldn't know where to begin anyway. I have to say though that is why I really liked the customer service at BuyBuyBaby over BRU, they had sales associates all over the place and I have them fold the stroller and then actually grab the car seat we wanted and pop it in, so see how it works.

Not nice!
By the way, I brought my newborn son to Buy Buy Baby & couldn't figure out how to fold the stroller. We went back in the store to get the quick demo.
You will be a great mom. Folding a stroller has nothing to do with it.

BTW strollers can be a pain in the arse and I have had 3 different ones and they all closed differently some people think they know everything
