All the first trimester ladies, Please come in!!
Is anyone as paranoid or crazy as me out there??
Every twinge or ache....I get so scared and think something bad is happening.
I'm really trying to just be calm but I'm so nervous. I don't know if it's a normal twinge or ache.
Plus, I'm really sick (bad cold) right now and I'm just laying in bed and feeling all different aches in what feels like my ovaries.
I'm 6 weeks preggo and yet sooooo happy but soooo nervous!!!
I'm driving myself crazy!

that's normal  both the wierd pains that come and go AND the paranoia....
It will somewhat phase out as the 2nd trimester arrives...... A litte paranoia will never go away

Thanks ladies for responding!
I just can't wait to get through the first trimester....I mean I'm sure i'm still going to be a crazy lady but I'm hoping it will make me feel a little bit calmer.
How far along are you ladies?

I know the feeling shell! I'm also 6 weeks and still can't believe I'm actually pregnant.
A part of me is afraid to acknowledge it 'cus there's still the remote possibility of the M word...
Have you told anyone? I'm still waiting until the 12 week mark.

I'm 12 weeks 4 days and still scared! Definitely not as scared as in the beginning but every time I feel crampy or a twinge of pain, I get scared.

I really can't believe I'm actually pregnant either.
The only people I have told were, my immediate family and DH's family.
I was a little weary of telling them, but I was just so excited.
I am going to wait until 12 weeks for everyone else.
Have you gone to the doctor yet?

I feel the exact same way. I'm worried about every cramp and twinge, but I also worry when my symptoms have subsided. Every time I go to the bathroom, I'm afraid to find spotting. It's hard to stay calm and not worry.

I always wonder why I'm not feeing worse, its driving me crazy!!!! I keep thinking that the baby isn't developing and I'm waiitng impatiently for my first sono in 4 weeks and thinking all these awful thoughts!!!
I'm only 4 weeks and 5days!!!!!!!!!!!

I was a nervous wreck in the first trimester and it seemed to last FOREVER!! It was like time slowed down. But hang in there, I am sure everything will be fine and there is so much to look forward to!! The second trimester is WONDERFUL!!!! I think you will always worry to some degree throughout your pregnancy but now at 17 weeks I am much more relaxed and I'm enjoying my pregnancy much more. Not to mention I feel so much better too!! The crazy exhaustion went away, the cramping went away, the sore boobs.......GONE!! And it seems to be going faster too. From weeks 12 to now have really flown by!! Congrats to you all and a happy and healthy 9 months too!

I was the same way! You are not nuts! I had lots of period like cramping and stretching feeling in my upper stomach [as if I just did 100 situps] up until I was 8 weeks. Since I had a m/c in Nov. I always think that every twinge is something wrong. It's normal!!

I am 5w3d today, and I am feeling the EXACT same way as all of you.
I feel really good, just tire easily. I'm still getting those AF-like cramps, which can be really scary. Last night, as I was getting into bed, I had a REALLY strong cramp that actually made me double over--it kinda scared me. But no spotting or anything--although I did have a scare last weekend, so that's been on my mind a lot...
Looking forward to going through these next 8 months with all of you!

Me too. My only symptoms are sore boobs, slight cramping, constipation and getting up to pee 4 times a night. Other than that I feel really good and kind of.......normal I guess would be the word. I keep telling myself no blood you are pregnant but that doesn't stop me from checking the TP every time I wipe

I just got my BFP yesterday and I don't feel any different other then the AF like cramps that I have had for two weeks straight and my abs are sore as if I did situps. Just  that everything is ok!!!
