Review of my facial for spa week
i had a facial done tonight at maximus in westbury. i have never been there for a spa treatment, just got hair and makeup done there for wedding's i was in. they did such a great job! my esthetician was Gina and i loved her. the facial included, steaming of the skin, cleansing, massage, exfoliator, removal of impurities, mask and a moisturizer. the whole process was exaclty an hour. she said that they usually use a seaweed mask but they ran out because they have been so busy this week. so i got a vitamin c mask. she said the vitamin c mask is more expensive but she used it on me anyway and said it is much better than the seaweed mask. the whole experience was so relaxing! the other thing i liked was that she didn't push me to buy any products. she told me that she has great products for my skin type and if i was interested to let her know. the whole thing cost my only $50
now maybe next time i'll go for a brazilian wax
