weight loss after birth....
How long did it take you to lose the baby weight?

two weeks. I gained 23lbs and by my two week incision check I was down 25 
ETA: Now at 12weeks pp even though I weigh 11lbs less then when I got pregnant I am just starting to fit into my regular clothes. Everything shifted!

With DD#1, I was very lucky and lost it all in about 6-8 weeks. I was thin to begin with and only gained 21 pounds.
I really did not try, but I did breastfeed which burns ALOT of calories. We will see what happens this time around.

I gained 45 lbs and 5mos PP, I've only got 4lbs to go. I definitely could have lost it sooner if I hardcore dieted/worked out consistently but I usually slack on weekends.
Dont worry it will come off

I gained 40 lbs - I was thin to begin with and the 1st 20 came off, the next 10 took a few months - the last 10 just came off recently, and my body is still a little different - with #2 I'm not letting myself gain more than 25!!!

I am one of the unlucky ones. I still have 20lbs to go and I am 8 mth PP. SIGH....This is #2 and my body did not bounce back like I thought it would. But I am mostly boobies and tush-ala Christina Aguilera

I gained 50 pounds and now, 4 weeks after delivering, I have lost 30 with 20 more to go. I am going back to Weight watchers this week too to help me! I feel like the weight is coming off without me even thinking about it!! I am busy with my  so I don't really have time to sit an each much - Plus I am breastfeeding which I think helps. Once I get the ok from my doctor at the 6 week check up I will start exercising too.

i agree with the "everything shifted" comment. Even though you lose the weight, your body is different. At least mine is.
