Dh and I are are in the process of finishing setting up. But we have our biz lisence and we are an LLC

Well, after a stressful couple of weeks waiting for my accountant to do it-- he finally did it. You can do it online, but I still found it to be confusing.
I preferred to have an accountant help/advise me because they understand what is best from a tax perspective for the needs of you business, etc.
I set mine up purely for tax purposes, since I am self-employed as a consultant.
