Dear Co-Worker
While I am glad you enjoy the cameraderie at the bars after hours, please, please refrain from emaling your tirades about what is wrong with our company, our policy & your estimates of how many people are quitting tomorrow after x number of scotches.
When you sober up, at least own up to it. Just say "I was drunk & stupid" Justifying stupid, drunken emails as as well-thought out emails makes you sound like you're stupid when you're sober - which you are not.
