I REALLY want to have chicken soup, but I am trying to avoid sodium.

As I type this I am eating Kraft Macaroni and Cheese. (The little blue box of deliciousness) I am enjoying every bite.........so yummy!!

nachos! home-made of course
organic yellow corn tortilla chips with a fried mix of peppers, beans, ground sirloin, and mushrooms... I seasoned it with salt, cumin, coriander, cayenne, smoked paprika, and sweet paprika.
I layer the chips, the mix, low fat cheddar, diced raw onion and tomato, and nuke it until the cheese melts.
I serve it with homemade guacamole....
