Can I wear.........
a baby blue shirt with black pants? or how about a medium blue shirt with black pants? does the rule of not wearing blue and black still apply?? both the shirt and pants are rather casual. i'm so confused

Absolutely! The only blue to avoid pairing with black is navy blue.
